Senior Marketing Manager Job Purpose:You'll be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plansfor our client's businesses and brands in order to attract potential customers andretain existing ones. Working closely with the marketing team and Director todelegate key activities to ensure the successful execution of the marketing plans.
Job Duties:- Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customer account managementmatters.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans withspecific objectives across different channels and segments for our clients.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideationto execution.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like contentcreation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity,social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Clearly communicate the progress of ongoing retainer clients via monthly reportingand meetings
- Manage client budgets and allocate resources among projects wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing materials from brief through to publish print
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight andassess against goals
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors
- Partner with key industry players and suppliers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting strategic client relationships
- Develop new business with existing clients and/ or identify areas of improvement -negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
- Communicate, direct and brief team members to successfully utilise their skills andcompetencies to fulfil client marketing requirements
- Responsible for managing Junior Marketing Assistant to assist with client campaigns
- Support and learn from the Marketing Director on strategic tasks and opportunities -to be kept abreast of methods and outcomes of working at the Director Level
Requirements and skills:- Demonstrable experience in marketing, together with the potential and attituderequired to learn.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time whilemaintaining sharp attention to detail
- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at alllevels of an organisation
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising andleading across-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metricsand processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing andmeasurement
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field
Salary & Benefits- £38,000
- Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00
